Consists of an experienced and certified team aiming to deliver exemplary services to all spectrum of clients in specialized scopes of practice grouped in 5 basic pillars: Valuations, Asset Management, Energy & Property Facilities Management, Market Research & Analytic and Technical Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Ownership and Maintenance: Take part in owning and maintaining the core processes and products that support the day-to-day operations of the company’s divisions.
- Data Exploration and Utilization: Identify and leverage diverse data sources relevant to the real estate market to drive insights and decision-making.
- Code-Based Insights: Generate business insights at the code level, transforming raw data into actionable analytics.
- Market Report Contribution: Assist in the design and production of periodic real estate market reports, delivering valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Analytical Capability Development: Drive the development of analytical capabilities by researching new technologies and methodologies, enhancing the data-driven capabilities across the company.
- Developer’s Team Collaboration: Work with the development team to deliver business products as software or service solutions through our trademarked platforms.
- Cross-Division Project Participation: Engage in multi-division project teams to implement complex, high-impact projects across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Holds a university or Technical University Degree (BA/BS), in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering,Physics etc.)
- Has an M.Sc. in Data Science or Business Analytics
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in Programming. Knowledge of R & Python is considered pivotal, while other languages such as SQL are considered an extra
- Familiarity with R & Python libraries for handling geographical data will be considered favorably
- Experience with cloud platform AWS will be considered a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization frameworks/libraries (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, ggplot, leaflet, Matplotlib, Seaborn etc)
- Familiarity with Machine Learning Frameworks (e.g. Experience with libraries like scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, and XGBoost) is considered a plus
- Has an excellent command of the English language (proficiency level)
- Has a positive attitude to learn & improve while showcases team spirit, organization skills and flexibility
- Is oriented to results and can act with a sense of responsibility/ownership while taking initiatives
