As we’re looking to increase our impact and make it more visible across stakeholders, we are now searching for a skilled and proactive Communications Specialist to join our communications team, reporting to the Regional Head of Communications for the South Region.
This role will be an integral part of the Regional Communications team, as well as part of the Global Communications team and will be focused on markets of the Mediterranean Region. We’re seeking a motivated and creative thinker who thrives in a global setting and enjoys building something new.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing communication strategies that align with our business objectives.

Monitor media coverage and compile regular media reports.

Collaborate with external PR agencies to align strategies and ensure consistency in messaging.

Coordinate timelines, review materials provided by agencies, and ensure deliverables meet standards and deadlines.

Serve as a point of contact for agency partners, providing them with relevant information, feedback, and approvals.

Maintain organized records of communication assets and projects.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the global comms team, Legal, Operations, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure an integrated approach to communications.

3-5 years of experience in communications, PR and media relations, in an agency or in-house environment

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and drive projects independently while managing multiple priorities.

Excellent writing skills in English, with the ability to adjust the tone for different audiences and simplify complex topics.

Familiarity with building proactive initiatives and communicating complex topics clearly.
-
Strong attention to detail and high standards for your own work and that of others.

Are a proactive problem solver, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and quick to adjust plans.

Understand societal dynamics and can manage sensitive topics with empathy and precision.

Are a creative thinker who goes beyond traditional PR strategies.

Collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders with ease.

Take ownership of your work, delivering results independently while empowering others with tools and guidance.
