We are looking for a C++ Developer to join our team in Athens!

We are looking for a C++ Developer to join our team in Athens!
Responsibilities
To complement our team in Athens, we are looking for a developer to work on our control software for fast A/D converters and time-of-flight mass spectrometers:
- As a software developer, the responsibilities include developing control and data acquisition software for digitizers and for hardware prototypes.
- This new role requires working closely with the hardware development and production teams (Athens and Bremen) and supporting colleagues working/using the software under development.
- In addition, being part of a small R&D project team requires communicating intensively with members of the R&D team to ensure project success, writing modern, stable, secure, and fast C++ code as well as tools and tests in Python.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or natural sciences, or comparable knowledge and skills.
- Profound knowledge of C++ and MS Visual Studio.
- Familiarity with Python.

Basic Requirements
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or natural sciences, or comparable knowledge and skills.
- Profound knowledge of C++ and MS Visual Studio.
- Familiarity with Python.
- Basic understanding of multithreading concepts.
- Experience in data acquisition and hardware-related programming.
- Basic understanding of digital signal processing.
- Familiarity with modern development tools such as GIT, CMake, and Jenkins.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies is a plus.
- Fluent in English. German language skills are a plus.
- Working in a team and possessing excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrating initiative and a sense of responsibility.
