As a Business Insights Executive at Ferrero, you will become an integral part of our team, driving our growth agenda across Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. Your Role in Ferrero’s Story:
In this role, you’re the go-to expert on market share and category performance, using your analytical prowess to decode insights from key retailer data sources like Circana / IRI and Nielsen. Your work will directly support our trade marketing team, giving life to growth strategies and helping us strengthen relationships with our retail partners. You will create accurate, timely reports and play a pivotal role in spotting opportunities to boost our market share.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will lead reporting and performance tracking for retailer sales, with an eye for efficiency and clarity in every report. By automating processes and streamlining data outputs, you will ensure that business-critical insights are accessible and actionable. As the expert in channel performance and promotion analysis, you will dive deep into category development opportunities that benefit both Ferrero and our retail partners. From assessing promotions and secondary placements to evaluating market trends, you will provide clear insights that shape our strategies and strengthen our partnerships.
With a focus on business performance insights, you will synthesize data from various sources—including retailer data, internal orders and distributor sales—to provide comprehensive performance diagnostics. Additionally, you will develop compelling, fact-based arguments to show how Ferrero could unlock category growth for our retailers.

Your Skill Set:
You bring over 5 years of FMCG experience, with expertise in analysing retailer data from sources like IRI / Circana or Nielsen. Your background in commercial and insights roles has given you the skills to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive market share growth and optimize promotions. With a commercial mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving, you can pivot and adapt to shifting needs while staying organized and focused. Fluency in both Greek and English, a knack for communication, and a team-oriented attitude make you an effective partner across all levels. Your academic background in Business, Marketing, or Statistics rounds out your ability to succeed in this impactful role.
