Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 4 years’ minimum experience in Talent Acquisition.

• Fluency in English language.

• Understanding of market trends, talent dynamics and assessment methods.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.

• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Responsibilities:

• Implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking to attract top talents.

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, apply job analysis and develop tailored recruitment solutions.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional onboarding process, timely communication and feedback.
