1. Enforce safety standard in accordance with the company policies and government
Regulation

2. Prepare and provide adequate safety training to employees and subcontractors to
improve their safety behavior.

3. Random visit to jobsites to ensure the Schindler safety standards/procedures and safety policy are followed.

4. Prepare all necessary safety documents and reports according to Schindler and
government requirement including conduct incident investigations.

5. participate in safety activities and campaigns to raise safety awareness of employees
and subcontractors.

6. Participate in Safety management systems assessment of and follow up actions if there is any gaps defined

7. Assist Safety Team in all safety related issues.

8. Conducting risk assessments and audits to identify and eliminate hazards

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety, environmental science or engineering or equivalent.

• A certification or license from a recognized HSES body, such as IOSH, OSHA and Risk Assessment Course, Lifting Operation Course, Firefighting Course, First Aid Course.

• At least three years of experience in an HSES role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• A strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

• A willingness to travel and work in different locations and environments.
