A leading company in Egypt that operates in the International food industry is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Head to drive their strategic initiatives and lead the marketing team to new heights.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Head will play a crucial role in setting the marketing vision and strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing operations, developing comprehensive marketing plans, and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives. - Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they meet business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage budgets for marketing initiatives to optimize spend and monitor return on investment (ROI).
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with digital marketing and emerging marketing technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong background in Food & Beverages industry.
