In this role you will have the opportunity to coordinate the supply function agenda in Heineken Ecuador, interacting with functional owners, and the manufacturing and logistics teams.
Job Profile:

• Academic background: Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
• Experience / skills required: +3 years in related area.
• Advance Excel, PBI skills.
• Curious, transformational and analytical mindset
• Technical knowledge: financial statement, balance sheet, accounting
• Level of English: Intermediate - Advance

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze, interpret, and give visibility of status, opportunities and risks to functional owners to support decision making.
• Comprehend the functional figures (cogs/logistics cost) and support during the month, year closing, and rolling forecast.
• Coordinate the cost monthly closing (material ledger) and detect opportunities to efficient processes.
• Coordinate and collaborate with manufacture and logistics teams to deliver the information, and insights according to Global/Op Co guidelines during annual plan and strategic plan periods.
• Analyze, anticipate risks and opportunities in CAPEX supply function.
• Coordinate executive drumbeats to manage the investments.
• Collaborate with supply teams elaborating CAPEX funds applications.
• Develop tools, including transformation agenda, and interacting with supply teams aiming to deliver business value and ad hoc financial analysis.
