Compensation:
USD 1.75K - 2K/month.

Location:
Remote (for Honduras, Colombia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and Mexico residents).

• You have +3 years of experience in account management and real estate sales.
• You are proficient in business development, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), cold calling, and pipeline management.

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management and sales as well as Real Estate Experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple clients, projects, and deadlines effectively while thriving in a fast-paced culture without losing focus.
• You must also be friendly and efficient and possess strong people skills to handle client interactions with professionalism and care.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong spoken and written English Proficiency (C1+).

• Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their real estate investment objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, account management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the Real Estate market and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• C1+ English level (Spoken and written).
