Project Manager (Construction & Real Estate)

Your tasks

• Comprehensively manage assigned construction projects using technical knowledge and experience to develop the overall capabilities of the project team.
• Ensure that project delivery is in line with customer requirements in terms of schedule, budget, design and quality.
• Deliver feasibility studies from inception to project completion.
• Communicate regularly with the client to ensure client satisfaction and address escalations where necessary to ensure we stay on schedule.
• Maintain good relationships with existing client base and actively support business growth across a wide range of industries.
• Liaise with internal and external teams and authorities and serve as the main point of contact for all operational matters.

Your profile

• University degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, property management or similar.
• Experience in managing large and medium scale projects in construction, real estate or infrastructure.
• Solution and customer focused, always considering the impact on customers and business when making decisions.
• Persuasive and assertive team player with very good negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Czech. German would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
