WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT TO WORK ON:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
• Ensuring the operations and management of IT infrastructure and systems
• Monitoring and diagnosing issues in the network and infrastructure
• Resolving incidents and problems in collaboration with the team
• Implementing new technologies and procedures to improve IT operations

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations or a similar technical environment
• Good knowledge and practical experience with operating systems (Windows) and networks
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with various IT infrastructures
• Experience in server management, virtualization, and cloud technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• English language for communication
• Work independently with general supervision, taking ownership of assigned tasks and projects
