Your responsibilities

In position of Integrated Media manager, you will be leading Integrated Media team responsible for delivering sustainable, extraordinary IKEA growth by creating inspiring and convenient interactions with IKEA customers in multi-channel environment across Czech, Hungary & Slovakia. You will need to navigate the team with passion to growth marketing ROI through clear goals, ways of working and performance follow-ups. You as a member of the Marketing management team will drive cross-functional synergies across the full Commercial team to growth IKEA business.

Assignment:

• As a member of Marketing Management team, you will contribute the marketing plan and output in order to deliver to common objectives and goals
• Responsible for leading the Integrated Media team incl. competence development, performance management, retention and succession plans.
• Driving the totality of the IKEA offering to the market through all paid media incl. budget, prioritization, clear and transparent goals and development strategy
• Responsible for securing good media governance and accountability by leading the work with media agencies and key media and platform vendors
• Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact
• Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA

Who you are

As the ideal candidate you should meet following prerequisited & prove experience from relevant areas:

• Formal qualifications in Marketing, Business or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and delivering results
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading team and influencing co-workers and teams
• Extensive knowledge of paid media & it´s efficient and effective integration towards owned and earned
• Very good level of English

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with permanent contract located in Prague, Czech republic.
