Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting, including screening, sourcing, and interviewing
• Creating job ads and publishing it on relevant platforms
• Working with our Applicant Tracking System and screening incoming applications
• Actively searching for candidates, using Linked In Recruiter
• Conducting interviews with candidates
• Conducting joined interviews with client and candidates
• Creating custom reports

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree would be a plus
• Minimum 5 years of blue collar recruitment experience
• Good knowledge of the labor market and the local culture in Czech Republic
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
• Sourcing experience using social media and databases
• Quite familiar with competency models and behavioral-based interviews
• Strong communication skills with ability to negotiate at all levels
• Self-motivated, pro-active and committed personality with an entrepreneurial & hands-on attitude
• Ability to work independently and on multiple tasks within a demanding environment
• Excellent analytical and follow-up skills, strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain flexible
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
