A new and exciting road lies ahead of us now; are you in?
We're currently looking for an excited and talented Customer Quality Specialist to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas:
- Contact person for BCS customers in case of quality problems.
- Customer complaints - Contact person in case of customer quality problems. Keeps surveys of customer and intercompany complaints and is responsible for the accuracy of the data. Responsible for checking the accuracy of the content of invoices related to these complaints. Responsible for on-time and complete resolution of customer complaints and their documentation (by method 8D, in BCS AIS systems or in customer databases).
- Designs the action plans to fix quality problems.
- Customer audits - Cooperates in preparation of customer audits and visits and participates in their course. Continuously informs management about the state of customer satisfaction with the quality level.
- Reporting - Participates in the preparation of monthly quality reports for BCS AIS management. Responsible for QMS documentation in system documents.
- High school / University degree in mechanical or electronic field.
- Knowledge of the standards ISO 9000,IATF 16949.
- PC user skills.
- Driver’s license B.
- The knowledge of English - C1
- Experience in dealing with business partners.
