GLO - Support Engineer Internship

This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

The Support Engineer intern role is responsible for managing engineering service requests within a timely manner. Types of cases that Level 1 Engineers will administer: QT19, Functional Equivalent validation, general engineering requests, scrap request, First Articles of Inspection (FAIs). Ensures compliance with HPE Policies. Builds and maintains a strong relationship with all stakeholders, customers, and team members. Supports department Share Point sites, developing Phyton scripts to support Jira tool.
Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution, such as coordinating activities of supporting project teams and track progress against the established plan to meet schedule.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS FOR AN INTERNSHIP , YOU SHOULD BE CURRENTLY STUDYING and for at least the next 6 months IS MANDATORY TO BE LOCATED IN COSTA RICA

Knowledge and Skills:

• Share Point Development skills.
• Python skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to work in a global, complex, and diverse environment.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Power BI knowledge

Education Requirements:

• 4th Year University working towards your Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
