Service Delivery Head of Finance

Title: Service Delivery Head of Finance
Location: GSC BOG
Head Finance operations of the Global Service Centre BOG in accordance with the agreed service level agreement with BPs. Ensure consistent and best-in-class services to the BPs through effective planning, team management, and staffing of the Finance Service Line. Responsible for manage and engage the BP relationship, profit &loss management, KPI targets and specific projects . Support Functional Head to drive and implement process harmonization, automation, alignment, change management and Standardization. This position is part of the Center Senior Management Team (SMT).
Key Responsibilities:

Skills / Requirements:

  • Graduation in Finance & Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Min 10 years working experience in Finance & accouting ( PTP, OTC& RTR) including IFRS. And Min 5 years of relevant experience in BPO Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Customer service and communication skills.
  • Teamwork and autonomy
  • Good customer management focus and experience
  • Excellent English and Spanish Communication Skills
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Executive Presence
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Project Management Skills
  • Good People management Skills
  • Knowledge of forwarding / Logistics industry (Desirable)
Relevant information:
  • Salary: TBD
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Type of Contract: Indefinite - Directly with DHL Colombia.
  • Food Allowance: $95.564
