Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mule Soft Developer to design, implement, and manage integration solutions for complex business environments. The ideal candidate has a robust background in software development with expertise in the Mule Soft platform, including a strong understanding of integration patterns, API-led connectivity, and cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Mule Soft’s Anypoint Platform.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of Mule Soft integrations, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Optimize existing Mule Soft applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Mule Soft integrations and middleware.
  • Keep current with Mule Soft updates, features, and industry trends to ensure innovative and effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all integration processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices, with a focus on resilience, data security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Product Owners, and Analysts, to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Utilize Data Weave and RAML for API integrations and data transformations.
  • Implement CI/CD practices to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues in a timely manner, prioritizing urgency.
Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3–5 years focused on Mule Soft API development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in deploying APIs using REST and web services across on-premises, Cloud Hub, or hybrid environments.
  • Strong experience with data management, including ETL processes and relational databases.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful API deployments in production.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Specialized Skills
  • Proficiency in Mule Soft Anypoint Platform components, including API Manager, Design Center, and Runtime Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Java, JSON, XML, RESTful APIs, and data transformation techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for Mule Soft application deployment and management.
  • Hands-on experience with Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communicator, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Mule Soft certifications (e.g., Mule Soft Certified Developer, Mule Soft Certified Architect) are highly desirable.
