Aplicar estándares corporativos en todo el trabajo de campo de monitoreo.
-
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Programas a nivel de campo para monitorear la implementación del programa y sus resultados, proporcionando información clave para realizar los ajustes que sean necesarios.
-
Establecer y mantener buenas relaciones con las comunidades beneficiarias del PMA, los socios cooperantes y los socios de monitoreo subcontratados, cuando corresponda.
-
Incorporar el género, la equidad, la discapacidad, la protección, los derechos humanos y otros aspectos de inclusión, según corresponda, en todo el trabajo de M&E.
-
Garantizar que las actividades de monitoreo del PMA se implementen de acuerdo con los acuerdos a nivel de campo (FLA) y los estándares corporativos del PMA.
-
Recopilar datos de monitoreo de procesos, productos y resultados, incluido el monitoreo de la distribución, el monitoreo de la implementación de actividades, el monitoreo posterior a la distribución y el monitoreo a tiendas / proveedor de servicios financieros, utilizando cuestionarios y guías de preguntas desarrolladas por la oficina de país y basándose en las herramientas corporativas.

Adoptar y utilizar metodologías de seguimiento cualitativo (por ejemplo, entrevistas con informantes clave y grupos focales).
-
Apoyar la implementación de métodos de monitoreo remoto según relevancia, mediante la recopilación de información de contacto y consentimiento de los beneficiarios y/o realizando encuestas/entrevistas telefónicas.
-
Implementar actividades de CFM a nivel de oficina de terreno relativas a monitoreo.
-
Seguir directrices éticas (incluyendo sensibilidad a los conflictos, protección y rendición de cuentas ante las poblaciones afectadas) durante las actividades de monitoreo.
-
Enviar la información recogida en campo y/o telefónicamente (encuestas) a la base de datos centralizada, administrada por la oficina de país.
-
Utilizar el sistema de escalamiento para informar oportunamente sobre problemas identificados en el monitoreo (incluidos los plazos de distribución, la focalización, la cantidad, calidad y uso de la asistencia, etc.).
-
Participar en las reuniones periódicas entre M&E y Programas a nivel de campo, para revisar los hallazgos del monitoreo y discutir recomendaciones.
-
Entregar información a los beneficiarios sobre las acciones tomadas con base en el monitoreo de campo y los hallazgos del CFM.
-
Cuatro (4) años como mínimo de experiencia en formulación, implementación o monitoreo de programas de ayuda humanitaria o desarrollo y por lo menos, un (1) año de experiencia en monitoreo.

Experiencia en el análisis de los datos sobre los productos y los efectos de los programas.
-
Experiencia en el uso de sistemas de información basados en web y aplicaciones de toma de datos en tiempo real.
-
Deseable, conocimientos generales de los sistemas y normas de seguimiento y evaluación del WFP.
-
Fluidez oral y escrita en español.
