The Position

To lead the P&L of established brands for marketing and promotional activities, and to maximize their profitability and lifespan through opportunistic investments and strategic partnerships.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Lead the P&L of mature brands without marketing or promotional resources (DP & DSS). Define and implement local strategies for these brands
• Identify potential tenders
• Detect and propose opportunistic investments to maximize profitability and lifespan of these brands
• Monitor and propose price adjustments for brands with significant presence in specific countries (e.g., Trayenta in Colombia, Micardis in the Cluster, Trayenta and Pradaxa in Chile)
• Evaluate and develop (if applicable) partners for field promotion or brand transfer agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in marketing and sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Business development approach. Understanding of P&L and financial measures.
• Ability to develop and evaluate alternative business models for the management of mature brands.
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to relate with external stakeholders, networking.
• Affinity for innovative communication measures, innovation and agility.
• Intermediate level of English.
