We are seeking a versatile and proactive Facilities Coordinator to oversee both soft and hard services in our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring a well-maintained, efficient, and comfortable working environment. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of facilities management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage diverse aspects of building operations and services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee soft services: cleaning, reception, catering, mail, supplies, waste management, and space planning.
  
• Manage hard services: building systems maintenance, energy management, security, and compliance with regulations.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various facility services.
  
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  
• Manage facilities budgets and implement cost-control measures.
  
• Act as the primary contact for facilities-related issues and queries.
  
• Oversee minor renovation projects and internal moves.
  
• Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all facilities operations and activities.
  Participate in emergency response planning and execution.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, covering both soft and hard services.
• Strong understanding of building systems and soft services management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and building codes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Customer service-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required.
• Relevant facilities management certifications are a plus.
