- Welcome Visitors: Greet and assist all visitors, employees, and clients, ensuring a courteous and professional experience.
- Manage Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate team members or departments as needed.
- Support Administrative Tasks: Handle basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling, and assist with mail distribution and document management.
- Security and Compliance: Follow visitor sign-in protocols and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
- Assist Staff and Management: Provide support with administrative needs, including meeting coordination, document preparation, and other tasks as required by team leaders.
- Additional projects/assignments as requested by management.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Experience: 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in a call center or corporate setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point) and familiarity with phone systems or call center software is a plus. MS Project experience preferred but not required.
