Title: Associate SLS - Sales Support
Location: GSC BOG
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Sales Support team in US by:
• Support for Large Customer ad hoc & spot Quoting.
• Receive, review, process and redirect the quotes to the stations for export shipments from USA.
• Support the US Incentive Team in activities as Incentive calculations, quality check, management of data bases among others.
• Creating, analyzing, and distributing reports for the US Sales team, according to the parameters specified by the BP.
• Provide visibility to the Sales representatives and the accounts handled about current performance of the account though continuous communication (mail/phone) with the stakeholders.
• Generate Bids & Leads reporting and support based on the updates shared by the stakeholder.

Skills / Requirements:

• Professionals/students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.
• At least 1 years in Logistcs process
• Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Good communication in English (verbal and written).
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Teamwork and autonomy

• Salary: $1.850.523
• Type of Contract: Indefinite - Directly with DHL Colombia.
• Performance bonus up to 16% of salary
• Food Allowance: $95.564
