About the job:

Job Purpose & Objectives

• Run BBVA Shanghai branch’s day to day operation properly and stably from middle & back office perspectives.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain stable production team (Operation & Finance) in BBVA Shanghai branch for its business support & relevant risk control.
  
• Coordinate among various parties (internal & external) to support business and management effectively and efficiently from middle & back office perspectives.
  
• Support BBVA Branch Manager, Shanghai for her overall management.
  

Job Specifications

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of sole experience in China banking business.
  
• COO capability: company managing, settlement and financial management.
  

Knowledge & Skills

• Global market products & CIB products
  
• China regulatory requirements (ratios/limits, regulatory reporting and etc.)
  
• Operation & Finance
  
• PC literacy (Microsoft Office including word, excel and power point)
  

Language

• Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin.
  

Other Skills (e.g. Interpersonal, Communication etc)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Customer-oriented
  
• Able to work in a matrix reporting structure, multi-functional and cross-cultural environment
