Main Purpose of role
This role is to partner with HKTW commercial teams to drive HKTW financial performance to be aligned with corporate goals. Be responsible for managing HKTW financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis to support key decision making.


Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning

• Support with closing, annual budget, monthly latest estimate, quarterly forecast and Hasbro strategic plan, co-ordinate for information/data collection/alignment
• Ensure management reporting accurate, on-time, in-line with regional policies and procedures, and easy-read for management team
• Planning system submission

Performance Management

• Partner with HKTW Commercial teams to provide financial insights and data-driven suggestion for decision making, including trading term negotiation, GTM discussion, etc.
• Prepare weekly/monthly analysis reports including Net Revenue by brand, by customer, PL flash, A&P report, OH report, etc. for business performance tracking.
• Perform profitability analysis on products, channels and customers to support with management decision making.
• Track and control A&P and D&A expenses, support initiatives to improve efficiency and ROI on spending

Other ad-hoc projects or assignments as needed


Requirements：

• Minimum 3-5 years work experience as commercial finance in MNC, with good analytical skills and knowledge of accounting/finance principles and processes. FMCG industry and Greater China market experience is a plus.
• Experience with general ledger and related reporting system. i.e. SAP, Longview. Excellent PC skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point. Experience with BI tools will be a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, changing environment
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to handle complex information on routine basis and drive result
• Superior communication and influencing skills
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Master of Cantonese is a plus
