1. Current Master’s class / Bachelor class 2025 and is going for graduate study in Beijing.
2. Able to work 4+ days per week throughout the internship.
3. Familiar with data analytics in Python.
4. Fundamental understanding of statistical modeling.
5. Fundamental understanding of Machine Learning techniques.
6. Willing to learn Operations domain knowledge.
7. CET-6 550+. Fluent in English listening and speaking; outstanding in reading and writing.

This is a technical position that provides Operations business analytics support. This position will work with multiple business teams to develop and maintain statistical and ML models.

Key job responsibilities
1. Analyze data with statistical and ML techniques for Operations solutions.
2. Develop analysis/model.
3. Analysis/model documentation.
4. Learn and understand state-of-the-art statistical and ML techniques/tools.
5. Learn and understand Amazon Operations.

1. Background in Statistics/ML; strong statistical/ML knowledge.
2. General programming capability (e.g. software architecture, design patterns, Docker).
3. Familiar with at least one flowchart tool (e.g. Visio).
4. Familiar with SQL.
5. Familiar with Linux environment.
6. Knowledge of AWS services (e.g. Sage Maker, ECS, Lambda, Cloud Formation).
7. Knowledge of database technologies (e.g. Redshift, Aurora, Dynamo DB).
8. Fundamental Operations experience/domain knowledge.
9. TOEFL 105+ or IELTS 7.5+.
