Owner of South China barge service delivery to customers at a competitive cost within assigned business scope, in close cooperation with commercial teams and other key business stakeholders internally and externally.

• Dispatch the barge order upon the allocation guideline from procurement and the operational requirement
• Monitor the end-to-end service delivery for laden containers
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure cargo successful connection between mother vessel and barge
• Work with Equipment Flow team to ensure empty positioning to required ports within deadline
• Learn and utilize relevant systems and platforms as required
• Set the monthly performance evaluation with barge suppliers for barge service improvement
• Know the commercial needs of important customers in South China barge ports
• Handle the dispute for barge billing with Global Service Center
• Execute the operational emergency related to inland cargo with internal/external stakeholders
• Exercise the cost leadership per pre-set volume allocation target and drive process improvement
• Other tasks assigned by team leader of South China barge fulfillment
