You will join China Accounting Team and base in Suzhou, your main responsibilities are:
  • Daily clear AR with customer payment or notes receivable
  • Issue and manage electronic VAT invoices( Domestic & Export)
  • Proficient in revenue recognition
  • Monthly closing, follow up intercompany OOB
  • Reconcile confirmation with customer reguarly
  • Support internal and external audit
  • Coordinate project and process improvement
  • Understand, accept and comply with the related HSE responsibility commitment as part of daily work.
  • Other ac hoc assignment as required.
Who we are looking for
  • BA Degree, CET 4 above
  • At least 3 years in MNC experience, both have AP/AR experience
  • Experience in process improvement or project engagement
  • SAP system experience preferred
  • More passion and motivation, good team work
  • Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, work earnestly
