Johnson & Johnson One Vision, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for Vision LATAM Jr. FP&A Analyst (Fixed-Term - 12 months). This role will be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
As a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department, the analyst will play a crucial role in driving financial performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Support the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with business units and key stakeholders
• Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, providing insights into financial performance
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Performance Metrics Monitoring
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the financial health and performance of the business
• Analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance financial performance.
• Financial Reporting
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Collaboration and Communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and insights
• Effectively communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the FP&A function
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and planning.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience in Finance roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong analytical, finance acumen, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in ERPs SAP 4/HANA, SAP BW, SAP AFO, TM1 Cognos, Hyperion.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in data analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
• Experience in data analytics tools (Alteryx, Knime, etc)

Other:

• Proficiency: English (Advanced/Fluent). Spanish considered as a plus.
