We are seeking an experienced, autonomous, and passionate Esports Coordinator to work with game organizers, teams, players, brands, and partners in the region. While providing top tier business insight from the region, the ideal candidate contributes as well to the global experience around our games, is driven and creative, and has depth experience around esports eco-systems. This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil. Responsibilities: - Develop & support Brazil to nurture and grow the existing and future esports eco-systems; - Build and maintain valuable relationships with regional pro-teams, partners, brands, and organizers; - Provide regular insights and updates on the regional market development and eco-system, team/player sentiment, business opportunities, and other relevant key data; - Work closely with the regional operations team and other various relevant internal teams to develop the Brazil esports market; - Collaborate with the global esports team to establish global and regional product KPIs and measure program success over time; - Work proactively with regional team to implement esports programs in Brazil; - Travel to attend, monitor and support regional and global tournaments.
Requisitos Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication or related; Relevant experience working in esports; Have knowledge logistic/broadcast/content creation or having experience working for Esports vendor or Esports department of publishers; Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Capability to travel frequently; Strong business & strategic thinking as well as pro-activity required; Strong understanding of various esports eco-systems; Organizational, problem-solving and time-management abilities; Able to act with discretion when handling confidential matters; Strong enthusiasm for esports and gaming.
