Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Overseas Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international recruiting. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-tier talent across various disciplines, managing the full recruitment cycle, and working closely with internal stakeholders to fulfill project-based and permanent staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective overseas recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals for various roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical positions, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient placement of candidates.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future project needs, focusing on skilled engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to understand specific job requirements, project timelines, and workforce needs.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, and industry networks.
• Conduct thorough reference checks and ensure compliance with international labor laws and company policies.
• Facilitate visa processing, work permits, and relocation logistics for overseas candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners in key markets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and recruitment innovations within the industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on international hiring.
• Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for technical positions, including engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
• Strong knowledge of international labor laws, visa processes, and work permits.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred:

• Previous experience recruiting in the Middle East, Africa, or other key regions.
• Familiarity with visa and immigration processes for key recruitment regions.
• Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
