We are hiring a Modern Work and Security (MW&S) Finance manager for the MCAPS Austria/Ireland/Portugal Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for giving all insights for Business to capture the opportunities for growth on MW&S (incl. Copilot) and also Biz Aps for the 3 Subs we manage, identifying New Business, sharing usage status for each account, highlighting renewal and mid-term upsell opportunity, as well as out-of-cycle. You will also be a key contributor to growth plans process, by helping identify the growth levers and how the plans contribute to grow market share.

Responsibilities

Determines operating revenue and expenses and conducts variance analyses. Identifies causes and recommendations. Assists in the execution of annual business planning and forecasting process. Provides business leader support and actionable insights during financial close periods. Contributes to new and unconventional methods and approaches to data collection, analysis, interpretation, and financial models. Provides business insights and recommendations to peers and stakeholders to achieve financial goals. Applies advanced understanding of Microsoft Finance. Develops new approaches to leverage best-in-class technology. Integrates varied data sources and assimilates the information into a comprehensive, clear narrative. Develops and leverages relationships with business partners to bolster sales, and to understand and manage business risk.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
