This position reports to

Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• Processing customer inquiries and preparing quotations for discontinued parts, refurbished material and spare parts. • Checking the availability of components and complete order processing including preparation of quotations. • Monitoring inventories and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. • Effective communication both internally and with B&R service centers. • Acting in accordance with ABB's core values and safety standards. • Ensure compliance with the ABB Code of Conduct. • Promote team goals and personal development. • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications for the role

Completed commercial or technical training.
Strong commercial understanding and sales affinity.
Experience in data analysis, inventory management and order processing.
Basic knowledge of electronics is an advantage.
Team orientation and strong communication skills.
Sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
Very good knowledge of German and English.
Independent, reliable and structured way of working.
