Participates in the entire software development lifecycle, with a primary focus on evergreen support of existing software solutions requiring significant knowledge of enabled business domain, workflows and processes.

• Administer and configure custom applications within a single instance of Salesforce using Platform capabilities, vendor package functionality, and Marketing Cloud principles.
• Collaborate directly with business partners to understand pain points and provide resolutions through training, defect identification and fixing, and/or future enhancements.
• Test changes made by other techs on behalf of the business.
• Oversee the deployment of solutions to production environments.
• Devise, execute, and analyze system tests to verify solutions’ effectiveness.
• Develop high-quality configurations to support the functions of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with other admins, developers, architects, and business SMEs in Agile scrum teams.
• Document and define how new/revised configurations operate to enable others to work with and support the configurations.

• Experience configuring Flows, Approval workflows, Process Builder.
• Deep understanding of the security model: Sharing, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, etc.
• Strong data modeling skills.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud,
• Understanding of the marketing process (campaign management, email marketing, customer journey mapping, data management, marketing analytics).
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical design.

• Experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
• Experience working on an Agile Team.
• Experience packaging and deploying Salesforce solutions using Copado.
• Salesforce Low Code.
• Skills in Power Apps, API, Azure Dev Ops, Change Management are a plus.
