This project provides an opportunity to collaborate with a cross-functional team and engage with diverse departments across the company.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
ADA, the Airport Assistant:
- Manage the development and optimization of ADA, a conversational chatbot active across 35 airports.
- Offers flight status, commercial premises info, restaurant and VIP lounge details, and parking payment via Whats App.
- Drive the expansion of ADA’s functionality, with new features to be added throughout the year.
Online Store:
- Platform for booking services like parking, lounges, dining experiences, Fast Pass, luggage wrapping, transfers, and car rentals.
- Oversee the online platform for booking services such as parking, lounges, dining, Fast Pass, luggage wrapping, transfers and car rentals.
- Enhance user experience and work to increase revenue through strategic platform improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and launch new products and services.
- Coordinate with marketing to attract and retain new users.
- Analyze customer data to refine sales strategies and optimize the platform’s performance.
Salesforce Integration:
- Manage the integration of CRM with all digital platforms to consolidate customer information.
- Develop comprehensive customer profiles to support more targeted, personalized communications.
- Address the challenge of tool integration to create a unified, seamless customer experience across all channels.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, UX/UI Design, Systems, Communication Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of the development of digital projects and user-oriented platforms, with a particular focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and SEO/SEM platforms.

What will be learned throughout this project
- Gain hands-on experience in digital transformation by working with with advanced tools such as chatbots, CRM (Salesforce), and e-commerce platforms, deepening the understanding of integrated digital ecosystems within the airport industry.
- Develop data-driven marketing skills through active involvement in designing personalized campaigns, analyzing customer behavior, and improving user experience in diverse digital channels.
- Expand knowledge in global e-commerce and digital sales by contributing to the launch and optimization of a marketplace that drives sales and engagement for an international audience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be an employee of any of CAAP’s Subsidiaries, with a minimum of 12 months lenght of service, not on leave for personal or health reasons.
- Demonstrate solid performance and a strong desire for professional growth.
- Free of disciplinary actions or legal proceedings.
- Not in an executive role (directors or equivalent).
- Have a valid passport and meet visa requirements* for the host country. (Visa requirements vary by country; CAAP’s HR team will assist you with guidance).
Travel Expenses
Will be covered:
- The home country will pay for current salary, travel tickets and health insurance.
- The host country will cover day to day expenses (meals, transportation, etc) and housing.

Expertise: Relevant experience for the project applied for. - Language Skills: English proficiency required; fluency in the host country’s language is advantageous.
- Overall Profile: Evaluated through technical and psychometric tests, plus individual interviews.
