We’re seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates for Automat-it’s positions in Ukraine. You will collaborate with various departments and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Work location - hybrid from Ukraine

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a tech company
• 2+ years of experience in interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles in the IT/Dev Ops/Cloud fields, such as - Dev Ops Engineer, Cloud Architect, Fin Ops Analyst, etc.
• In-depth experience with Linked In Recruiter and Boolean/X-ray search
• Experience with managing hiring processes via ATS
• Have a data-driven approach and utilize analytics to inform recruitment status and other HR strategies
• A proven track record of engaging talent through tools with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates
• Self-starter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian
• Experience with “Comeet” ATS - advantage
• Experience with Google Workspace - advantage

Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources such as Linked In Recruiter, X-Ray search, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, blogs, networking, events, and more.
• Conduct market research to identify and map out key talent pools, market benchmarks, and competitor landscapes
• Own full responsibility for your assigned roles in our ATS (Comeet) on a daily to guarantee that all candidates' data and status are up to date
• Manage the hiring process of assigned roles end-to-end
• Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans
• Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization's goals
• Assure each role is posted on different platforms such as Linked In, job boards, and other social media platforms
