We, The Eagle Travel Agency located in Kuta, are looking for a professional to fill a full-time on-site position of Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator.
Job Description
- Assist the Director in handling day-to-day operations
- Sell and promote company's products and services to potential customers online & offline that lead to sales
- Manage company's social media accounts, create contents and ad campaigns for several social media platforms that generate leads and sales
- Respond to phone and email enquiries
- This is an on-site position
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years general working experience & min. 3 months experience in face to face interactions with international customers that lead to sales.
- Acquire the knowledge of company’s products & services
- Able to communicate & negotiate with international walk-in customers that will lead to sales
- Experience in social media marketing
- Good customer service skills
- Willing to work hard and able to work under a tight timeline
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Able to work independently or in a team
